We recognize that business onboarding requires sharing sensitive commercial and identity documents. We maintain a strict policy of confidentiality and zero data sharing with third parties.

2. Information We Collect

When you contact us or start an onboarding package, we only collect the information necessary to fulfill your statutory filings and build your website:

• Contact Details: Your name, business name, phone/WhatsApp number, city, and email.
• Statutory Verification Documents: Aadhaar, PAN card, partnership deeds, electricity bills, rental agreements, or clinic/establishment photographs required by government authorities (MCA, GSTN, FoSCoS, Municipal Corporations, and Udyam).
• Website Content: Logos, service descriptions, addresses, hours of operation, and images provided for web publishing.

3. How Your Information Is Used

Your documentation is strictly used for:

• Submitting official applications on statutory portals on your behalf.
• Configuring your custom domain name, SSL security certificate, and hosting infrastructure.
• Direct engineer-to-client updates over WhatsApp and email regarding application status.

We will never sell, rent, or monetize your contact or business information to any marketing list, third-party broker, or advertiser.

4. Data Retention & Security

Statutory records are archived securely only during the active filing window. Once your certificates and login credentials have been handed over to you, sensitive identity proofs may be purged upon written request. All web hosting is provisioned with automated HTTPS SSL encryption.

5. Direct Ownership

You retain 100% legal ownership of your business registration certificates, portal login IDs, passwords, website source code, domain name, and brand assets.
